What should I expect at a session?
On your first visit we will spend approximately 1½ -2 ½ hours with you and take an in-depth history and examination, as well as give you your first treatment. This will allow us to carefully assess the physical and emotional factors that might be affecting your health.
Once all needed data is gathered, we will come up with a treatment plan to balance your overall health and treat the main issue. After your initial visit, sessions usually last 60-90 minutes.
How should I prepare?
Here are a few things to keep in mind:
- Come with any questions you have, we’re here to help you.
- Wear loose, comfortable clothing.
- Try not to come hungry or overly full to your session.
- Between visits, take notes of any changes that you may have experienced.
